The Wellness Carnival is a full day dedicated to your well-being. Join us for fitness sessions, workshops, talks, and activities that focus on your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

From yoga, dance, and workouts to relaxing mindfulness practices and engaging discussions, there’s something for everyone. You’ll also get to explore wellness products, connect with experts, and discover simple ways to feel healthier and happier.

Event Guideline:

  1. Bring Your Ticket
    • Digital or printed: Make sure to have your ticket ready for scanning at the entrance.
    • ID Check: Bring a valid photo ID that matches the ticket name.
  2. Dress Appropriately
    • Fitness Gear: Wear comfortable workout clothing and shoes suitable for outdoor activities. Crew neck sports tees will be given for participants in individual and team challenges.
    • Weather Ready: Check the forecast! If necessary, bring sunscreen, a cap, and a light jacket.
  3. What to Bring
    • Water Bottle: We’ll provide you with bottles, but in emergencies, please carry your own water bottle.
    • Yoga Mat: Required for yoga and pilates session.
    • Snacks: Light snacks are allowed, but food vendors will also be on-site.
    • Towel: For sweat or to sit on during sessions.
  4. Arrive Early
    • Gates Open: [07.30 am]. Arrive 30 minutes early to check in and explore the festival grounds.
  5. Safety First
    • Waiver: Complete the indemnity waiver (online or at the entrance).
    • Health Precautions: Let instructors know about any injuries or limitations.
  6. Parking
    • Parking is available at the venue for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
  7. ⁠Stay Connected
    • Follow signs and instructions throughout the event.
  8. ⁠Respect the Space
    • Keep the grounds clean—use trash and recycling bins.
    • Be mindful of other participants and respect personal space.
