With rising stress levels, academic pressure, digital overload, and social comparison impacting young people today, the need for safe and open conversations has never been greater. “You Matter” — India’s Largest Youth Mental Health Summit, taking place on 24th April in Jaipur — is designed as more than just an event; it is a movement to normalise mental health dialogue among youth.

The summit will feature engaging panel discussions and interactive workshops led by experts, creators, and mental health advocates, creating space for meaningful dialogue and shared learning. Our goal is to make conversations around mental health accessible and stigma-free, connect young people with credible and relatable voices, and foster a strong sense of community and emotional safety where every individual feels heard, supported, and empowered.
