Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use findyourfit.club, book a ticket or take part in a FindYourFit event, from The Wellness Carnival to a pickleball league night.
About these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and FindYourFit Pvt. Ltd. ("FindYourFit", "we", "us"). They apply when you use findyourfit.club, book or register for any FindYourFit event, or attend one. By using the site or completing a booking, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book an event.
Some events have their own additional rules, such as tournament formats, age limits or entry conditions, shown on that event's page or ticket. If they conflict with these Terms, the event-specific rules apply to that event.
What we offer
FindYourFit curates and runs wellness and sports events in India, including The Wellness Carnival, FindYourFit Sports leagues, Pickleball & Padel Palooza tournaments, our International Day of Yoga event, corporate wellness programmes and community sessions. Some events are co-hosted with venues, brands or other partners.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to make a booking. Where an event admits under-18s, a parent or legal guardian must book for them, accept these Terms on their behalf, and supervise them at the event unless the event page says otherwise. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.
Bookings, tickets and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Convenience or payment-gateway fees, where they apply, are shown before you pay.
- A booking is confirmed only when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation from us by email. If payment is taken but no confirmation arrives, contact us and we'll either confirm the booking or refund the payment.
- Each ticket admits one person to the event, session or tier named on it, on the date shown. A ticket is a revocable licence to attend, not a property right.
- Tickets are personal and may not be resold, or used for commercial or promotional purposes, without our written consent. Tickets bought from unauthorised resellers may be cancelled without a refund.
- Please carry your confirmation (on your phone is fine) and a valid photo ID. Entry may be refused if a ticket can't be verified, has already been used, or was obtained in breach of these Terms.
- Capacity is limited. Some events admit people first-come, first-served up to the venue's capacity, even with a valid ticket, and the event page will say so where this applies.
- We may correct obvious pricing errors. If the correct price is higher, we'll give you the choice of paying the difference or cancelling for a full refund.
Cancellations, refunds and transfers
If you cancel: unless the event page or ticket says otherwise, tickets are non-refundable once purchased, including if you can't attend, arrive late or leave early. Where a name change or transfer to another person is allowed, email us at least 48 hours before the event with your booking reference and the new attendee's details.
If we cancel: if FindYourFit cancels an event, you'll receive a full refund of the ticket price to your original payment method.
If we reschedule: if an event moves to a new date or venue, your ticket stays valid for the new date. If you can't make the new date, you can ask for a refund within the period we tell you about when we announce the change.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval. Depending on your bank or payment method, it can take a further 5 to 10 working days for the money to show in your account. Convenience and payment-gateway fees are refunded only where the cancellation is ours.
Changes to events
Line-ups, speakers, instructors, session timings, formats and venue layouts are announced in good faith but may change for reasons outside our control. Appearances by guests and celebrities are subject to their availability and are never guaranteed. A change to a session, speaker or schedule that leaves the event substantially as described does not entitle you to a refund. Outdoor sessions may be moved, shortened or adapted for weather or safety reasons.
Tournaments and leagues
- Players must register in the category that fits their age, gender and skill level as defined on the event page. We may move a player or team to a more suitable category, or disqualify them, if their registration is inaccurate.
- Match formats, scoring and draws are set out on the event page or briefed on the day. Decisions of the referees and tournament director are final.
- Players and teams who aren't ready at their scheduled time may forfeit the match. No refund is due for a forfeit, retirement or disqualification.
- Prizes, trophies and national-final qualification are as described for each edition, are non-transferable, and can't be exchanged for cash unless we say otherwise.
- Where equipment such as paddles, racquets or balls is provided, please use it with care. You may be charged for loss or damage beyond normal wear.
Health, safety and assumption of risk
Our events include physical activity such as fitness classes, yoga, dance, running, pickleball and padel. Like all physical activity, they carry an inherent risk of injury. By taking part, you confirm that you're in suitable health to do so, and you accept these inherent risks.
- If you're pregnant, recovering from injury, or have a heart condition, high blood pressure or any other medical condition, consult a doctor before taking part and tell the instructor before the session starts.
- Take part at your own pace and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Every session is optional.
- Follow the instructions of instructors, referees, venue staff and our on-ground team.
- First aid is available at our events. You agree that we may arrange emergency medical care for you if you're unable to consent, at your own cost where charges apply.
Wellness information shared at our events, in talks, workshops or on our blog is for general purposes only and is not medical advice.
Code of conduct
Our events are built on the idea that every body is welcome. To keep them that way, you agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate or discriminate against anyone. This includes unwanted physical contact, unwelcome comments, and photographing or filming someone against their wishes.
- Attend under the influence of drugs, or drink to excess where alcohol is served. Bringing illegal substances, weapons or dangerous items is not allowed.
- Damage the venue, equipment or other people's property, or ignore safety instructions.
- Sell goods, distribute promotional material, or film for commercial purposes without our written consent.
We and the venue may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who breaks this code or puts others at risk. No refund is due in that case. You may also be refused entry to future FindYourFit events.
Photography and recording
By attending, you acknowledge that FindYourFit and its appointed photographers may photograph, film and record the event, and that you may appear in that material. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use these images and recordings to document and promote FindYourFit and its events, with partners credited where relevant. You can ask not to be featured, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're welcome to take photos for personal use, but please respect other attendees who don't want to be photographed.
Personal belongings
Please look after your belongings. Where cloakrooms or lockers are offered, they are provided as a courtesy. To the extent permitted by law, FindYourFit is not responsible for loss of, theft of or damage to personal property at our events.
Using our website
You may use findyourfit.club for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, for example by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its security or performance, scraping or harvesting data in bulk, making fraudulent bookings, or uploading anything unlawful or harmful. We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and event details on the site may change.
Intellectual property
FindYourFit, The Wellness Carnival, FindYourFit Sports, Pickleball & Padel Palooza, our logos, and the content, design, photographs and video on this site are owned by or licensed to FindYourFit and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them commercially without our written permission. Partner names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Partners and third-party services
Some events are hosted at third-party venues or include sessions, products or services from partners and exhibitors. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. We choose our partners carefully, but each is responsible for its own products, services and premises, and any purchase you make from an exhibitor at our wellness bazaar is a contract between you and that exhibitor.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FindYourFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including travel and accommodation costs, loss of enjoyment or loss of income, arising from your use of the site or attendance at an event. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify FindYourFit, its directors, employees and partners against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your conduct at an event that harms another person or property.
Events beyond our control
We're not responsible for failing to deliver, or for delaying, any part of an event because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These include extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, strikes, civil unrest, venue closure and utility failures. In those cases we'll do our best to reschedule, and if we can't, we'll refund your ticket as set out above.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first. Most issues are resolved quickly by talking to us. Any dispute that can't be resolved amicably within 30 days is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, without affecting any rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. The version in force when you make a booking applies to that booking.
