You Matter and The Dirty Wellness Carnival 2.0

FindYourFit has achieved another milestone! Back with a new enthusiasm, we launched another huge initiative, India’s Largest Youth Mental Health Summit- “You Matter”. On April 24, 2026, we conducted our first mental health summit in the heart of Jaipur at Hotel Clarks Amer. Guess what? A whopping 500+ attendees graced the event! The summit hosted school students, teachers and parents under a roof of engaging talks by psychology experts, panel discussions, skill-building workshops, and mindfulness and grounding activities. Around 10-15 schools and 5+ colleges with more than 50 parents participated in the “You Matter” summit, making it a big hit. Cheery on top was the presence of top personalities like Nakuul Mehta, Jankee Mehta, Taruka Shrivastava, Amy Singh, and more.

What is You Matter

“You Matter” is a first-of-its-kind event centered around the importance of honest, open and safe conversations on mental health and emotional well-being among Indian youths of less than 18 years of age. It aims to normalize conversations on anxieties, attention spans, parenting, social media detox, academic pressure and more among students.

Undeniably, the group of society that is worst affected by mental health issues is the youth. But their concerns are different because of the changing time and technology and they need a different approach to mental health wellbeing. So, an event like “You Matter” is the need of the hour to navigate through the changing lifestyle, mental stress, and find solutions for a safe society.

At the recent launch, “You Matter” turned these ideas into an initiative of a new movement. The Jaipur event provided safe space for honest and healthy conversations on emotional well-being and mental health awareness.

You Matter: Highlights of Mental Health Dialogues

“You Matter” at Jaipur hosted big names with big talents and knowledge. To start with, a firechat on “From Rainstorms to Rainbows: The Art of Deep Resilience” with Taruka Shrivastava, an Asian Games athlete, and contributor to Stanford University’s Sports Equity Lab, Krishna Jayasankar, a Track and Field athlete, and Apra Kuchhal, Chairperson of FICCI FLO- gifted the gem of life- building resilience. It taught the art of turning setbacks into lessons for life through deep resilience.

Next was another fireside chat on “Anxious Nation: Understanding Stress in Young India” that talked about the growing anxiety issues among the youth of India- the ‘Anxious nation’. The chat featured speakers including Anish Bhagat, a content creator, Amy Singh, a poet, Anju Kauwar Chazot, co-founder of Mahatma Gandhi International School, Amit Sen, founder of Children First, and Urvashi Warman, the principal of The Palace.

Another panel discussion that talked about social media along with the battle of attention and brain rot affecting the youth of India was “The Generation Who Never Logs Out: Brain Rot and the Battles of Attention”. The eminent speakers included Prajesh Kashyap, actor and writer, Chetna Arora, psychologist and co-founder of That Desi Psychologist, Ria Chopra, author, and Taruka Shrivastava.

A major highlight of “You Matter” in Jaipur was essential conversations on parenting in the age when the children are hyperconnected with the online and digital world. The event hosted two panel discussions on parenting. The first was “Disconnected: Parenting in a Hyperconnected World” with expert speakers like Neha Hiranandani, an author, Gayatri Rathore, Principal Secretary in Rajasthan Government, and Anju Kauwr Chazot. The next in line and the biggest hit was a panel discussion featuring Nakuul Mehta, actor and co-founder of The Indian Parent Pod, and Jankee Mehta, singer, performer, and co-founder of The Indian Parent Pod. The fame of the duo escalated the impact of the panel discussion on “The Endless Scrolls of Parenting”.

When the beginning was so overwhelming, the end had to be relaxing and rejuvenating. So we ended the event with vibrant workshops on Vipassana, Poetry and Journalling workshop with Amy Singh, and Dance Fitness workshop. Adding a final adieu to “You Matter” was a soulful poetry session with Amy Singh.

What People Said?

As we winded up the event, we were overwhelmed by the positive response from the attendees. Dainik Bhaskar featured our Mental Health Summit in their Jaipur City Bhaskar edition on April 28, 2026. Yes! We were in newspapers! Along with this, Dainik Bhaskar’s renowned journalist, Anurag Trivedi, gave a heads-up on instagram to Nakkul Mehta and Jankee Mehta present at our event. In fact, many Jaipur paps covered “You Matter”, our star-studded event on instagram, adding new feathers to the cap.

What was more- many “You Matter” attendees’ appreciations on social media platforms! Eminent personalities like Anubhav Tyagi, Harshika Dangayach, and Chetna Arora, humbled us with their kind words and enriching experience at “You Matter”.

With these positive responses and more, FindYourFit entered the next month with another success- The Dirty Wellness Carnival 2.0 in Delhi on May 3, 2026!

From a vibrant and high-energy beginning to a relaxing end of mindfulness, the event shared practical skills of discipline, fitness, and movement. Our attendees came with empty hands and returned with a reshaped mind and body.

As high as 180+ people attended The Dirty Wellness Carnival 2.0’s latest Delhi edition. The event expanded over 4+ hours with tireless enthusiasm from the attendees. The Dirty Wellness Carnival 2.0 Delhi: Highlights

The event started with a high-energy 3 kms community run by Delhi Run Collective in the early hours of morning, at 7 am. Following this was a recovery yoga flow by Anure Wellness that relaxed the minds and rejuvenated the bodies. The next event was, hands-down, most unique and vibrant- kalaripayatu, Indian martial arts. Participants learned something new to add to their lives, bodies, and fitness habits. The line of events wrapped up with an engaging session on animal flow which fixed the sense of newness in every participant’s soul. But, this was not the end. We made the event tasteful by offering healthy and light breakfast for the attendees. The breakfast was just another nudge to create a community hang-out experience where fitness became a dialogue. At the event, we succeeded once again in creating a community-driven experience of enthusiastic fitness and holistic wellbeing,

Apart from this, The Dirty Wellness Carnival attracted many milestone instagram coverages. Dr. Divya covered our event on her Delhi Digest instagram handle, lining us up with some awesome events of the weekends across Delhi. Many other Instagram handles that cover massive events happening across Delhi brought The Dirty Wellness Carnival under the spotlight. We are thankful to all the eminent instagram pages for giving us a space in their sparkle- including Hulchulclub, Delhi Informatives, Khanjaun, and socialnxt.

FindYourFit is truly overwhelmed by the responses at both the events. We are eagerly looking forward to conducting the next sessions.
